Solo or Duo, my sessions last 1 hour and are 100% personalized. In Duo, I prepare sessions with exercises in common but also differentiated with regard to your respective levels and objectives. Solo, I offer complete support which includes 1 or 2 sessions per week, nutritional and health advice and daily monitoring of the objectives set together. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building and mobility. I attach great importance to the correct execution of the movements, to the intention during the training and to the progression session after session. My sessions last 1 hour and include a warm-up, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular conditioning and stretching if needed.
