Lean is a Japanese approach implemented to help companies improve their industrial, organizational and operational performance, in order to earn more money. Based on the principle of eliminating sources of waste, lean is above all a culture, which involves everyone in improvement. In this course, we will see the history of this approach and how it has evolved over time, master this culture by understanding lean thinking, then master the various tools of lean management and manufacturing which aim to reach the 5 zeros: delay, scrap, accident, stock and paper.
Lean as an approach which aims to achieve 5 zeros, including zero defects, and which uses the principle of eliminating sources of waste, including non-quality as a major source, it is associated to the six sigma method which is a quality management method, which tends to identify the extent of manufacturing around the required tolerance interval, called 6 sigma. In this course, we will see the beginning of six sigma, which is the static mastery of MSP processes by learning the control charts and the notion of machine capability and process capability, then we will see the method put in place to achieve the objective of quality while respecting the principle of continuous improvement, this is the DMAIC. We will also see a procedure for deploying this generic method which can be applied to any company.
Solving problems of a technical, quality, production or maintenance nature is the concern of any company manager or team supervisor. In this course, we will learn the basic and relevant tools such as: - the Ishikawa (fish) diagram - the 5 whys - the pareto diagram - the 8 D method - the FMEA method - drafting action plans - the design of problem-solving rooms (War room)
Any new company that undertakes to work according to the standards of MES 4.0 is obliged to think about their continuous improvement which affects all sectors and services of the company: quality, production, maintenance, supply chain, HR ... In this course, we will focus on the most relevant tools of continuous improvement: - KAIZEN - The PDCA - The 5S - VSM - The SMED - Visual management
General mechanics is an essential discipline for any engineer in mechanical engineering, civil and industrial, in which you will learn to model statically, kinematically, kinetically and dynamically a mechanical system at rest or in motion. Thanks to this discipline, you will have the possibility of studying the mechanisms at rest by the PFS and in motion by the PFD while taking into account the influence of their inertias. By going through the energy study, you would be able to optimize your systems and mechanisms by looking for balance equations. This discipline is studied at the level of preparatory schools, engineering schools and ISET. It should interest anyone who dreams of launching a career in the fields of aeronautics, aerospace, car mechanics, naval mechanics...
