Learn to play acoustic or/and electric guitar for very beginners to intermediate and advanced players! Improve your skills and knowledge on the Instrument as well as developing musicality and ways of playing. This course is intended to give to the student the tools to be able to play in a specific genre and improvise. We will discuss the goals and the direction that the student would like to follow and make an individual program each student. Areas that will be covered in this course: -Rhythm guitar/comping: Chords, rhythms, styles, groove. -Guitar technique: Scales, arpeggios, chord shapes, picking techniques, other techniques. -Improvisation/creativity: Guitar solo, play over changes of a song, ways and techniques for improvisation. (possibility of digging into composition) -Repertoire Learn tunes from music sheet and by heart. Be able to perform a small repertoire.
