Hello and welcome! Italian is a superb language which offers the opportunity to discover one of the most interesting cultures in the world. It is filled with many subtleties which make up its beauty but also its complexity. But don't worry because I'm here to help you and it's worth it. I have a C1 level of Italian which makes me competent in all aspects of Italian. My objective with this course will be to create a pleasant and informative moment with the aim of improving your knowledge of Italian but also of Italy. Football is a complex sport with a multitude of performance factors. If you want to improve on one or more of these factors, I am committed to helping you become a more competent and successful player. With my various experiences, I will be able to train all ages and all levels with the same professionalism and the same motivation through individual and/or group training. My workouts will adapt to various requirements and needs. My training will be based on four pillars: Physical preparation; Technical improvement; Mental reinforcement; Awakening and tactical progress.
