Functional Skills from Entry 1 to level 2. I can aid apprentices' growth as an apprenticeship skills coach by assisting them in balancing their academic work with their job responsibilities. I also make sure that apprentices are motivated and given advice on how to get the most out of their work experience and are on course to do well on their final exam.
