I am prepared to train you physically and mentally and teach you notions of anatomy, physiology and rehabilitation kinesiology.
I work on the psychological component, motivation and response to stress.
Classes take place in selected parks or sports grounds that are suitable for practicing sports.

(Seriously, this is the goal of the courses, not a prerequisite)
For individual classes, for the fitness part I offer suggested routines that target the preparation of the body for combat.
