Being in the field of Education for the past ten years and working in different countries I have vast experience in the field of Tutoring and Mentoring. I am an accomplished and results-driven individual, with a qualification in Early Years and Development, Education & Training and Teaching English as a second Language. I have completed my Higher diploma in Education & Training with The Teacher Trainer LTD (UK) and am now working towards my QTS. I have a high respect for diversity, possesses an analytical and strategic thinking mechanism, and have an innovative and dynamic personality. My expertise is Providing students with academic support during assigned hours, developing academic materials and lessons relevant to the coursework and, collaborating with instructors to ensure the lesson materials are appropriate for the grade level, Assist students with class work & homework and provide extra teaching materials to keep up with age & grade requirements. I have been a tutor/mentor for ten years and look forward to working with many more individuals. Having work in both an informal and formal school environment, I have been exposed to working with individuals who are given different goals and targets to meet and this has enable me to mold to an environment that best suits and meets my learners needs. I am familiar with the current examination both used both in public and private schools and comfortable working with ages 5-16.
