Do you suffer from stage fright? Is your fear stopping you to do your best on stage?
Do you lack confidence that it is difficult to develop your repertoire?
I can help you in mastering Your Performance!
About me:
My name is Emese, and I am a music psychologist specialized in musicians' experiences with perfectionism and performance anxiety. I completed my doctorate at Roehampton University, London (UK) in this topic, and presented my research at international music performance conferences.
I am also a trained musician: I studied classical violin and Hungarian folk. Between 2009-2014, I taught violin for children and teenagers in London.
I am a lecturer in Applied Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. Also, I frequently give public lectures and inspirational talks by invitation.
In 2016, I completed the certified neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner training course at the NLP Academy Budapest. As a performance coach, I use NLP, sport, and music psychology techniques that help musicians to prevent stage fright, improve their focusing ability, strengthen their personal and musical identities, and perform at their best on stage and at auditions.
* The coaching sessions are lead upon request in English or Hungarian language Online or In-person in Budapest.
