I am very happy to offer you one time cooking classes and make them a fun and constructive experience. I am creating a teaching environment for adults and children as well. We can cook together live, or you could just watch me cook and take notes, or I can take you through the process, while you cook. Or we could just chat, if you don't need the practice. What I am bringing is my knowledge, experience, passion and creativity regarding gastronomy. Cooking is my biggest passion, so this is how it all started; out of love. I can teach you international cuisine, with an accent on mediterranian, eastern european, sometimes fusioning with the asian cuisine. And of course my most well kept and successful family recipes, tested hundreds of times before. I will introduce you to a healthy lifestyle and a modern take on food and food philosophy. All in all, we can attack all aspects regarding food and the execution/ creation of a recipe/ menu/ cookbook and so on. I am open on either proposing a meal or you can tell me what you want to learn to cook and then that's what we're gonna do.
