We'll talk about what your goal is beforehand - if you want to learn basic techniques, fighting techniques or pure fitness training with boxing elements, for example - we will adapt the training together. We also agree on the duration of the units individually - you don't need equipment for your first lesson, I'll be happy to bring it with you.
