    Have you always wanted to start martial arts or try it out as a pure fitness program? But a boxing booth is not the right thing (for now)? We'll talk about what your goal is beforehand - if you want to learn basic techniques, fighting techniques or pure fitness training with boxing elements, for example - we will adapt the training together. We also agree on the duration of the units individually - you don't need equipment for your first lesson, I'll be happy to bring it with you. Rough sequence of each training: 1. Warm up 2. Stretching 3. Training 4. HIIT unit 5. Cool down & stretching
