You can also do my Mindfulness workshops to learn to live more in the present, to know your body, to use your breathing to relax, stop, and be fully in life. To manage your emotions, let go of blame, forgive yourself and others. These workshops are usually group workshops, so the price will be less than the 1-hour individual workshop.
