The class is designed around your particular needs: - My approach to the subject is free and flexible; - The lesson focuses on the main topics in the field of biology or more specific subjects such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or Microbiology; - Lessons or repetitions are offered to anyone who needs (e.g. exam preparation, thesis or pure personal interest). More than ten years in academia where I mentored almost 70 students. Additionally, I supervised six undergraduates for their laboratory work and thesis writing. One of them got a PhD fellowship in Cambridge. Academic background: I have conducted independent research for the last four years in the Apoptosis Research Group during my PhD in Ireland, focusing on the role of the Unfolded Protein Response in Breast Cancer. Research has also led me to co-author two publications including a recent publication in Nature Communication.
