I have a strong interest in teaching philosophy to children and adults. My special interests are ethics and its history, metaethics, the history of modern philosophy, political philosophy and feminist philosophy. This is for those aspiring to improve their knowledge of philosophy and its history. You can improve your reading and argumentation skills. You can learn how to do close-reading and discuss philosophically on the texts that we choose together in accordance with your level, needs and interests. Hello, My name is Berke. I have a BA degree from the Philosophy Department of Bogazici University. I am currently pursuing my MA degree in philosophy at the same institution. I have had experience in teaching Turkish to foreigners since the beginning of my university years in Istanbul, Turkey. I have realized both from my life-long experience in learning a foreign language and teaching Turkish to foreigners that exposing yourself to a new language is the best way for learning and speaking a language. Seeing that having conversations is really helpful for having an intutive grasp of Turkish, I put a special emphasis on learning grammar and vocabulary with conversations. In our Turkish Speaking Sessions, you will learn the right ways to express yourself in Turkish by paying attention to vocabulary and grammar usages and mistakes.
