If the learner expresses difficulties in speaking, we will work on the oral, again and again, until he feels perfectly comfortable. If necessary, I will accompany him outside and I will look for real communication situations! I try to look for original methods in order to avoid the boredom that often discourages learners in more academic environments. If the problem is in professional writing, we will work on it to perfection. I work regularly from authentic documents (emails that learners send me in copy, Curriculum Vitae, motivation letters, etc.).
