There are multiple benefits of practicing Mindfulness as a family: it increases attention and concentration, helps us better understand what happens to us, promotes the willingness to learn, stimulates creativity, helps us recognize, express, understand and regulate our emotions. emotions, allows us to be calmer and manage our impulsiveness, makes us kinder and more compassionate, improves skills such as patience and empathy, helps us have more self-control and self-confidence, enhances academic performance and, ultimately, supports comprehensive well-being of the family. This course, eminently practical and fun, is aimed at all types of families, with children between 3 and 18 years old. I design and adapt each workshop to the characteristics and circumstances of each family, always working on attention and kindness as pillars of the practice.
