Qigong is an easy and effective practice to turn stress into vitality. The word Qi means life force energy that is circulating inside our body as well as outside. Smooth circulation of this energy in our body leads to health and vitality in our body, mind, and spirit.
The practice involves some stretches followed by flow fluid movements that can be done by people with any level of fitness.
My students range from teenagers to elderly, the oldest being my grandmother who is 93 years old. All you need is to bring yourself to the class just the way you are and a laptop.
I regularly offer group classes and private classes are available upon request to address your specific needs.
