Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. My name is Alex and I'm from Greece, currently living in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Since I have been away from my country for some years now, I have decided that the time has come to start teaching everything that I know about my country's language and culture. If you're up for it we may occassionally dive into the greek culinary experience as well. Join me on this exciting journey to explore the beauty of the Greek language and culture. I am passionate and dedicated to help you achieve your language learning goals, and I tailor my lessons to accomodate your individual needs. I especially enjoy working with kids, as I have experience both in teaching and caring for children. I have a couple of years of experience in preschoolers' music education and a 10 year background of studies in music. Also, since 2020 I have taught music both privately and in class settings. Currently, I'm doing my Bachelor's in Psychology. I'm committed to personal growth and lifelong learning, values that I wish to convey to my students as well. At the beginning, my lessons are taught either in English or Italian, depending on your preference. The more your greek language knowledge and skills grow the more we will rely on them for the entire duration of our class. Looking forward to meeting you!!

Hi, I'm Alex. I'm a classical clarinet player from Greece, currently living in the Netherlands. I studied classical clarinet performance at the University of Macedonia, Greece and at The Royal Conservatory of The Hague. I offer Clarinet lessons for all ages and levels, piano and music theory lessons mainly for beginners. I especially enjoy working with kids, as I have experience both in teaching and caring for children. I take a holistic approach in my teachings (viewing the student as a whole) and tending to the individual's different needs. Through my music lessons I hope to cultivate essential skills such as coordination, concentration, cooperation, communication and active listening, with fun and play. I'm committed to personal growth and lifelong learning, values that I wish to convey to my students, together with qualities such as self-trust, patience and curiosity, very important for navigating their own musical journey and discovering their own unique musical voice.
