Maths is an essential subject, not only because a C is required at GCSE for most jobs, but because it opens so many doors for you in later life. However, it can be difficult to wrap your head around. In this class, I will go through whichever subjects you are experiencing difficulty with. We will go through examples, test out some alternative ways of thinking about the problem, and try and make the solution into a logical pathway in your head. Feel free to bring any schoolwork, homework questions, or completed test questions with you into the lessons so we can work through them together. Geography is a multifaceted discipline which can lead to many exciting lines of work if pursued throughout your education. This class can be tailored to your level and the subjects discussed are those which you are either struggling with or would like to learn more about. I can even offer some help and advice with using GIS, remote sensing and statistics for environmental scientists if required.
