I adopt a unique, holistic approach to movement that combines elements of yoga, tai chi and breathwork. Some of the benefits of a regular practice include a healthier, more supple spine, increased range of motion, greater joint stability, improved agility and athletic performance and a deep internal strength. It addresses the whole human system bringing it into greater balance. Promotes the clearing and awakening of the lymphatic and cardiovascular system. Focusing on the breath it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity. The ultimate goal of this practice is to create a better body and emotional awareness making the person feel at home in one's body. I also offer a bodywork treatment of 2h that has the ability to relieve acute and chronic physical pain while treating somatic manifestations of emotional and mental pain through deep connective tissue massages.
