The best teacher should act as an advisor and guide. "A teacher who limits himself to pointing out the mistakes and does not show the way to overcome them fails in the important mission of teaching the student how to work for himself." (I. Galamian)
Welcome to my studio. Here you will learn everything you need to develop in the art of the violin. In addition, we will work on the sense of rhythm and hearing and I will offer you complementary documentation to introduce you to the fascinating world of classical music and the violin.
My classes follow the Suzuki method, but I am interested in knowing about the student and their tastes in order to be able to provide the best study plan. We will use technical fundamentals and many practical examples.
I am a graduate of RCSMM (Madrid) and DePaul University School of Music (Chicago) and I have had experience in orchestra, chamber music and as a teacher. I have played as a recitalist in venues both in Europe and the US and received a Fulbright scholarship for my postgraduate studies.
I offer my classes in both Spanish and English in case you prefer a more bilingual experience.
