My name is Younes and I am a qualified English teacher and a French instructor who lives in the UK. I love working with adults and children of all ages, which allows me to help them reach their full potential. I am currently teaching in London at my own college. I have been teaching and preparing students for the last 12 years. I taught many French and English classes such as ESOL, ESL, or Functional Skills. Most of these exams are based in England however I have also thought TOEIC to prepare French students for all of these exams. I use different software to teach such as Zoom or Skype. I use different resources (such as PDF and Word documents) for my classes. I also have a virtual whiteboard available. A typical session with me takes between 1h30 minutes to 2 hours. I like helping students that are between A1 to B2 levels however my main goal is to help students to become advanced or fluent. I would be happy to adapt to any student based on your objective, of course. One of my main goals is to support your vocabulary and grammar. What really made me unique is that I was in the same position as you and today I have become fluent. The letters of the alphabet are the most important thing that composes words within a sentence, and from them the sentence is formed, so it becomes a conversation, so communication becomes easier and faster. So we'll go over the alphabet quickly. The French alphabet starts out exactly like English but differs in the pronunciation of some letters as well as consonants and vowels. For example , The letter H is pronounced as (ash) in French. (Y) Your reward, and so on. You must know the structure of the phonemes to pronounce the word correctly. As in the audio clip ( Tion - Tien - Oi - ....ETC ) Sion - Cian - Wa ..... etc. You must know the vowels (Aiouey), through the vowels we will know the correct pronunciation of the word and whether the last syllable of the word is pronounced or not, and the connection between words and the consonants located between the vowels, all of this leads to changing the pronunciation of the word. The letter (H) is a consonant but is treated like a vowel and is not pronounced at the beginning, middle or end of a word. However, it can be pronounced (Sh) if the letter (C) comes before it.
