To finish or during the practice we will include breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises. Yana is very sweet and is always willing to listen to your doubts and difficulties. I have only taken 2 classes so far. The learning process is slow if you really want to improve your technique. If you are looking to learn everything in one class, this is not the place. The only downside is the pricing on Apprentus fees, which seems a bit steep to me and teachers only get a cut.
