APOR De Gasquet means "Posturo Respiratory Approach" in French or I can translate into English as "Postural and Respiratory Approach", this method was created by Doctor Bernadette De Gasquet to help future mothers and young mothers feel better, in good shape during and after pregnancy. In prenatal classes, I will teach you the technique of abdominal breathing with engagement of the perineum which helps maintain the perineum in good condition and prevent problems with descent of the uterus or other organs. I will also teach you postures that help stretch your body, create spaces as the baby takes up more and more space inside you, and that can help relieve back pain or any other pain that may occur during birth. pregnancy due to hormonal changes.
