Trusted teacher: Hello, I have been a Yoga teacher since 2017, having completed 200 hours of practice at the English school Yoga London (Yoga Alliance certified). I give Restorative, Yin and Hatha yoga classes and sound yoga sessions (sound therapy). Restorative yoga is the most relaxing yoga. It is a gentle, introspective yoga that cultivates inner calm. Unlike most other yogas, there is no muscle strengthening. We simply remain in still postures in order to relax the mind, breathe and relax deeply. Yin Yoga is a slow yoga. The practice of this focuses on connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, joints and even cartilage. It requires little or no muscular engagement. Yin yoga consists of long stretches, combinations of slow and deep breathing as well as postures that must be held for several minutes. Hatha Yoga combines postures much more quickly than Yin and Restorative yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscular elasticity. It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind. The benefits of Yoga: - Strengthen the health of joints and bone. - Strengthen the cardiovascular system. - Improve overall body flexibility. - Promote better body posture. - Reduce pain. - Tone the muscles. - Help with digestion (twisting postures). - Reduce stress and anxiety. - Achieve maximum relaxation by cultivating abandonment and letting go. - Help fight depression. I offer one-hour sessions. I speak French, English and Spanish (I am perfectly trilingual). If you would like to take lessons with me, I live in Saint-Mandé.

Trusted teacher: Welcome to my Yoga class, where breath, movement, and mindfulness unite to nurture your body, mind and spirit. I'm Thu, a yoga practicer of more than 20 years. I believe that yoga is not just something we do on the mat; it's a way of living with awareness, compassion, and authenticity. My mission as your teacher is to empower you to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you, both on and off the mat. Yoga is more than just a physical exercise; it's a holistic path to wellness and inner peace. Through a combination of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, we'll explore the profound connection between body, breath, and consciousness. In our classes, you can expect a supportive and inclusive environment where students of all levels are encouraged to explore and honor their unique bodies and abilities. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, my aim is to meet you exactly where you are on your yoga journey and support you in reaching your goals. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to provide a balance of strength, flexibility, and relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and rejuvenated. Together, we'll explore the transformative power of yoga, cultivating physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional resilience along the way. So, whether you're here to find peace amidst life's chaos, to strengthen and tone your body, or simply to explore the beauty of yoga, I'm honored to be your guide on this journey. Let's come together, breathe deeply, and awaken the inner light that resides within each of us. Welcome to the practice of yoga!

Trusted teacher: Hello to everyone! I'm Sophie, a yoga teacher who recently graduated from the Yoga Room Academy in Brussels (200 hours including tax). I am starting to teach formally, but my passion for yoga has been with me for many years, and I have been fortunate to share my teaching with friends, family and in groups. Starting my teaching practice, I am very grateful to be able to share these moments and learn with each new student! My classes and teachings cover Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga - I like to incorporate a little something for everyone. Each style brings its own special touch, but for me the main thing is to create a space where you can move, breathe and just be. With me, yoga will be more than physical postures; we will also delve into meditation, breathing and mindfulness. No need for perfect postures or Instagram-worthy flexibility here, or being the yoga studio stereotype. It is important to me that the courses will reflect you, embracing your unique background, your needs and aspirations. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, you are welcomed with open arms, and I will make sure to create an experience tailored to where you are coming from. I emphasize a good relationship with my students, guiding them to connect with their body, rather than doing an exercise class. At the end of each class, I hope that you will have found a moment of well-being, relaxation and relaxation! ------- Hi I'm Sophie, I am a recent graduate yoga teacher from the Yoga Room academy in Brussels, with a 200-hour certification. Personalized Yoga Sessions (taught in English). Online and In-Person (Paris)
Megan
We are very pleased to have Megan guide us on our weekly yoga journey. Megan is a highly professional and talented yoga instructor. She provided us with sequences that can be performed by everyone while seated in an office environment. Every session was different and exciting and Megan never hesitated to incorporate any of our suggestions/wishes. The sessions were recorded outdoors with relaxing nature-view and the video/audio settings were up to standard. Thank you Megan, the soothing effects of these sessions are highly appreciated.
