Trusted teacher: My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way. I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups. Prices for small groups can be discussed. What I like about teaching: I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears. Sophie - Brussels£17
Trusted teacher: Hello to everyone! I'm Sophie, a yoga teacher who recently graduated from the Yoga Room Academy in Brussels (200 hours including tax). I am starting to teach formally, but my passion for yoga has been with me for many years, and I have been fortunate to share my teaching with friends, family and in groups. Starting my teaching practice, I am very grateful to be able to share these moments and learn with each new student! My classes and teachings cover Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga - I like to incorporate a little something for everyone. Each style brings its own special touch, but for me the main thing is to create a space where you can move, breathe and just be. With me, yoga will be more than physical postures; we will also delve into meditation, breathing and mindfulness. No need for perfect postures or Instagram-worthy flexibility here, or being the yoga studio stereotype. It is important to me that the courses will reflect you, embracing your unique background, your needs and aspirations. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, you are welcomed with open arms, and I will make sure to create an experience tailored to where you are coming from. I emphasize a good relationship with my students, guiding them to connect with their body, rather than doing an exercise class. At the end of each class, I hope that you will have found a moment of well-being, relaxation and relaxation! ------- Hi I'm Sophie, I am a recent graduate yoga teacher from the Yoga Room academy in Brussels, with a 200-hour certification. Yoga
My yoga classes are relaxing and energizing. They are based on Hatha and Kundalini styles. An invitation to practice from a place of softness and enjoyment of the body. My classes are flexible and tailored to your needs. I adapt the sessions to your level and prepare the sessions feeling the needs of my students as we progress together. I work with the breath and attention to the movement, and support my students in understanding the relationship between body and mind. Yoga for me is a means to connect more deeply with oneself and with life. It is a practice of self care and a method that supports life changes for more quality. Working with movement, breath, meditation it supports you at many levels: physical, emotional, energetic. After a few yoga sessions you can already start to feel the benefits of being more relaxed which supports being more present and open to respond to what is taking place in your life. Sustained practice will allow you to relieve and prevent chronic pain such as back pain, and anxiety while also using relaxation techniques. I am passionate about embodiment, connection between body-mind as a means of self expression, personal growth and connection to life force. Apart from being a Yoga teacher (Sampoorna Yoga Institute – India, recognized by Yoga International Alliance, I am a certified life coach (with Center for Transformational Presence) and support women choosing to reconnect more with themselves and what make them feel alive, integration of emotions. I have been teaching Yoga daily for the past 4 years. My goal is to meet your expectations and offer you an enjoyable time at home, or in a group (as in a company). We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you. I will be happy to accompany you for a part of your yoga journey, for a consistent and safe yoga practice to nourish you. To share my energy and enthusiasm. :)

Noriko
Excellent teacher, lessons prepared in advance with relevant material. The course are dynamic too (with different topics proposed). Noriko Sensei asks for feedback (e.g., content & difficulty of the lessons) and listens. Thank you :)

Rafał
Great training, a really nice guy, very professional and very impressive in his knowledge/understanding -- he pushes you but is clearly an expert in observing your abilities, weak points to improve etc. I totally recommend him
