Estella is a very positive, always happy teacher. Even though my son has been having on-line lessons with her, we can always feel her positive attitude during the lessons. She is very patient, gives lots of important tips and feedback, which has been helping him to guide his learning, improving in every aspect of it. Maria is a very good teacher. I am an intermediate level student, so I was looking for someone who can give me nuanced feedback. Maria is really good at doing this, and helps with the tone and style of playing by leveraging her knowledge of violin, but also history of music, and the different styles. She pays a lot of attention in promoting dynamism and color when playing, so you get to make music instead of mechanically going through the score. She is very friendly and easy to communicate.
