Trusted teacher: Audio-Psycho-Phonologist with over 35 years of experience in helping and supporting people seeking emotional or physical well-being, I am also certified in Emotion and Body Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson. This allows me to offer those who want it considerable help through a simple, effective and also practical method because there is no need to travel! From a very young age and often already since intrauterine life, then as soon as we started to speak, we are "impregnated" with negative thoughts, emotions, feelings in our family, environment, often conveyed by social, media, education. These negative blockages are then reinforced and accumulated as our existence progresses. Freeing oneself from these negative emotions, these imbalances, these knots that have been able to settle in and block our daily life, also helps to "make them conscious" and to learn to recognize them, accept them, respect them and finally transform them in order to avoid trapping them again. We can thus be freed from: - Lack of motivation - Fatigue and lack of energy - Difficulty projecting oneself into the future, - Difficulty making decisions, - Feeling stuck in a situation - Professional or personal relationship problems - Decrease in memory, attention or concentration - Feeling unwell, lacking self-confidence - Worries, fears, anxiety... Etc. I offer to those who wish it, children, adolescents, adults, follow-up in the form of half-hour sessions once or twice a week, to gradually release this emotional burden and these imbalances. An initial interview via Skype allows us to explain in more depth the progress of the Emotion/Body Code sessions which then take place on site or via Skype.

This lesson focuses on how travelling and exploring new places can be engaging and educational, encouraging students to develop practical language skills while discussing an exciting, universally appealing theme. This lesson aims to build vocabulary, enhance conversational skills, and foster cultural awareness through a variety of activities. The lesson begins with a warm-up activity where students are asked to share their dream travel destinations. This quick introductory discussion not only generates excitement but also encourages students to express personal interests, setting a conversational tone for the class. Following this, the teacher introduces key travel-related vocabulary, such as "itinerary," "landmarks," "budget," and "accommodation." By matching definitions with examples, students reinforce their understanding of these terms in a travel context, providing a foundation for subsequent activities. Next, students participate in a structured group discussion, where they describe a memorable travel experience or a place they aspire to visit. This exercise allows students to apply their newly acquired vocabulary, narrate experiences, and practice descriptive language. The class then transitions to a collaborative role-play activity: students work in small groups to create a travel itinerary for a destination of their choice. Each group selects activities, accommodation types, and budgets, simulating real-life trip planning and promoting teamwork. To diversify the lesson and incorporate listening skills, an optional component involves listening to a travel blog or vlog, where students identify the speaker’s destination, key activities, and cultural highlights. This element enhances comprehension and further immerses students in authentic language use related to travel. The lesson concludes with a brief reflection, allowing students to share their thoughts on the destinations discussed. By blending vocabulary, discussion, role-play, and listening activities, this lesson provides a holistic approach to language learning, equipping students with the linguistic tools and confidence to discuss travel experiences, and cultivating a broader understanding of diverse cultures.

English, German and French as a foreign language course (Toulon)
Florie
Florie is a delight to talk to! I am taking a French conversation class with her at the moment--I am a level B1-B2. She is sincere, thoughtful, funny and "sympa", and above all, she is great at conversation. She can adapt to your personal interests and will swerve the conversation in a way that allows you to talk as much as you can without tiring you. When you run out of things to say, she'll come up with topics and questions to keep the conversation going. Definitely recommend her!

Olivier
I can highly recommend Olivier. I haven't spoken much French in the past 10 years and wanted to refresh before an upcoming trip. Olivier prepares for the lesson by selecting articles of interest which we then discuss. The hour goes by very quickly because its fun and interesting! Give him a try!
