Developing confidence as a girl is difficult. This course teaches girls to replace unhelpful thinking patterns, fear of failure, and the tendency to hold back using mental tools they can use in any situation. This course girls learn what it means to be oneself, express that confidently, the ingredients for becoming confident, a little about their neurology and brain development, taking safe risks and how to navigate the unhelpful world of social media. Research shows that what makes a confident boy does not make a confident girl, the recipe is quite different. The most pivotal time for a girl to learn how to develop confidence is between ages of 6-12 years of age, as after studies show that girls confidence levels drop dramatically and remain lower than boys and men until late in life. This is a practical, fun, engaging course that will help your nieces, daughters, students and friends embrace their amazing imperfect powerful young self. The course can also be tailored for individual goals and needs. Livvy creates a safe, relaxed, fun and real environment during class that involves art, movement, drama, somatics, affirmations, reprogramming negative beliefs about oneself, and other coping strategies to equip your girl through her teen years and beyond. This course is based on incredible and groundbreaking research of Katy Kay & Claire Shipman “The Confidence Code”. Trained Perception Repatterning Technique Practitioner Bach Remedies Brain Integration Degree in Occupational Therapy and over 25 years working with children and teens

Trusted teacher: Doctor in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, with a Master 2 in Biology and a Master 2 Pro in Science Communication, I teach my courses on scientific methodology and help writing research papers / TER / thesis manuscripts / internship reports. I intervene indeed on each stage of writing the manuscript by scrupulously respecting the guidelines, editorial requirements, and drafting standards (APA standards in psychology in particular). My courses and proofreading / corrections are aimed at a wide range of university courses (students from a curriculum in psychology, neuroscience, biology, sociology, medicine, international trade, marketing etc.). In the framework of doctoral or post-doctoral research projects or of Master thesis (1 and 2), I also propose an aid to the writing of research memory in the format (or not) of scientific articles published in scientific journals international. My classes are customized to better meet the expectations of each student. I also offer help in the statistical analysis of experimental data, with a rigorous methodology adapted to your research project. For statistical help, I usually use specific professional software (Minitab type, SPSS, Statistica, Jamovi, Jasp etc.), to conduct the most rigorous statistical analysis of experimental data. Teaching method: identification of needs and problems, identification of gaps in manuscript writing, participation in scientific reflection, suggestion of innovative methodological tools adapted to the scientific process, optimization of bibliographic research with tools adapted thematic research, coaching & confidence building, specific teaching tools, student involvement, rigorous follow-up, leading advice and recommendations. From my training in psychology, I take into account this essential component during my courses to adapt to the student, identify its shortcomings and thus propose an effective methodology to optimize its memo (written and or at the oral defense). My teaching method emphasizes the interaction between the student and the teacher with a methodology fully adapted to the student's needs and aptitudes. Course flow I also offer coaching for the preparation of exams, orals with powerpoint support and help with resume writing, cover letters etc. Other places of education: CNRS, Ecole Polytechnique, University of Strasbourg, ESSEC Business School, IONIS UP, ISTH, University of Paris 8 and European School of Advanced Studies in Paris, Institut Tocqueville in Paris.

Trusted teacher: Studying currently at Leiden University College. I realized that taking the International Baccalaureate Programme (IB) during High School, not only prepared me for university but also equipped me with research and analysis skills, allowing me to be a better professional in the future. Nevertheless, I am aware that this programme is also extremely challenging, and most students, just as I did, need some guidance throughout the process. Here, I may come in to help you. During IB, some of the subjects I took were: 1) Psychology Standard Level (receiving 6 as my final examination grade) 2) Psychology Extended Essay (receiving A as my final examination grade) 3) English B Higher Level (receiving 7 as my final examination grade) 4) Polish A: Literature Standard Level (receiving 7 as my final examination grade) 4) Mathematics Analysis and Approaches Standard Level (receiving 6 as my final examination grade) 5) Biology Higher Level (receiving 5 as my final examination grade) 6) Theory of Knowledge Final Essay (receiving B as my final examination grade) I can be a mentor and serve as help for students writing their Internal Assessments in the subjects mentioned above, as well as when writing the Extended Essay in Psychology, or the Theory of Knowledge Essay. I may also tutor, in preparation for the exams, or to explain specific topics from: Psychology, Biology, Polish, English B, or Theory of Knowledge. I would also like to add that I lived in New Zealand for 6 years, and I am fluent in English. Please reach out if any further information is needed.

Alexandros
Alexandros prepared before the session and it showed in how he went about the teaching. He was patient with all my questions and it was clear in how he gave me answers specific to my course and not general. He clearly has good knowledge of the course he’s tutoring me through (Research Methods). I booked one class initially to test the waters but definitely booking more now. Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adriaan
Adriaan is very pleasant and knowledgeable, he’s also very flexible in his teaching style, really listens to your learning goals. I also like the flexible hours, and is nice that he can facilitate piano lessons at home.

I really enjoyed my lessons with Maria. She is really kind and the lessons were very good in helping me progress in Spanish. Maria prepared for every lesson and always checked in to see what else I wanted to cover.
