Photography or image processing lessons on Adobe Lightroom

Translated by Google. Click to view original.
I offer 2 types of lesson:

1- Photography
The aim of the lesson is to learn how to master the different settings and functions of your camera in order to successfully photograph any subjects.

We will talk about:
- Light exposure (Speed, aperture, ISO)
- Different shooting modes and when to use them
- Focus modes
- Focal length (and lenses in general)
- White balance
- File extensions, color space, etc...

We can adapt the lesson according to the photographic themes you prefer (landscapes, wildlife, street photo, macro, etc...)

2- RAW files development on lightroom
A RAW file is the electronic equivalent of a negative film.
The aim is to teach you how to use lightroom software in order to develop a RAW file and obtain a satisfying final image. We will look at all the lightroom functions one by one and exercise on some pictures to understand all the possibilities of the software.

About Me

My name is Guilhem, I’m from France

I fond of nature and photography, I started taking wildlife pictures while living in different jungles in the world, studying primates (Bonobos, orangs-outans, titi monkeys...) and other animals. Since then I enlarged my photographical style, doing also landscapes, street photography, macro photography, portraits etc... I am more an outside photographer than a studio one to be honest.

I love to explain and transmits my passions (I have many...) to other people, and will gladly teach everything I know to anyone interested. I would humbly say that I’m a happy and patient person.

There is no particular level required for these lessons, we will adapt the course to your skills and goals.

The class can be in English or French, I also understand Spanish or Indonesian well if that helps.

Education

I studied ecology and completed my masters in Paris. I learned how ecosystems function and how to protect them. Photography came later, it is a great tool to communicate on nature and everything in general.

Experience / Qualifications

I conducted several short Photographic documentaries on nature. I have experience in teaching and guiding nature/photographic tours.

Send a message explaining your needs and Guilhem will reply soon:

Fine Art/Art & Design/Photography (A Level/GCSE and beyond)
To succeed in Fine Art, we need to open our ways of thinking. Oftentimes, we can feel stuck, lost or uninspired. In this class, I will teach you how to move forward in these moments; how to produce a healthy momentum in yourself to find excitement in your projects and push through them to the finishing point. Fine Art is unlike any subject in that it really comes from the individual. There is no "right way", but if there is no discernible path, where do we go? I can show you how to tap into your inner artist and create and move through projects with a self-direction that will build your confidence, ignite passion and open unlimited ways to express yourself regardless of technical ability. Is there a project you are currently working on that you are stuck with? Are you feeling uninspired in your art journey and want some new life injected into it? Is your confidence in your abilities low? Do you feel you are wasting your time with art but you really love it when you are doing it? Are you studying and repeatedly getting similar feedback/marks but are unsure how to take it to the next level? I can help you.
