English and French are two of the most widely spoken languages in the world and are crucial in professional environments. Through my experience teaching teenagers, young adults and seniors, I have developed courses suitable for every level. In this course you will learn to be confident in your own abilities, learn the basics of French and English and improve yourself! I focus on open communication and adapt the content of the courses individually to your needs. You'll learn about syntax, grammar, pronunciation and more!

We will focus on developing communication skills and incorporating a variety of activities to best meet different learning styles and needs. Depending on your level we will also develop your speaking and listening skills to communicate on familiar and general topics and will be able to read and write short texts on everyday subjects.

Languages are not only an awesome skill to have, but they also act as a doorway into life and success. Speaking several languages enables you to connect with people worldwide. From my own experience as a trilingual, languages have helped me discover cultures and give me the feeling of truly belonging to a community even when I am far from home. Languages give you the courage to plant your roots in new soil no matter where you go. If you want to start learning a new language, if you need motivation to continue learning a language, or if you need help with homework or other assignments in a language other than your mother tongue then I would be more than happy to guide you in your journey.

My name is Ana and I come from Spain. I would like to teach English to people that need it. I can speak it fluently and I have been learning it during my whole life. I love languages and I find them really important if you want to communicate with people from other countries.

I have been teaching Mathematics and English at all levels for more than 3 years. I have taught students with learning disabilities as well as students who are excelling in their studies making me well equipped to teach all kinds of students. I have experience as a math substitute at a secondary school (children aged 13-16) and therefore prefer to make a lot of mock exams and exercises myself. I like to keep parents as involved as possible and provide progress meetings outside of lessons. I have taught English to adults at a linguistics company for a year and have some experience teaching adults too. Even if you are an absolute beginner or seem to be struggling, I can find a way to help you learn better.

My goal is to teach younger children/students the correct way of the English language. I have had precious experience with tutoring while I lived in Germany. During my time in tutoring,I learnt that children tend to learn faster and easier when enjoying a lesson. I therefore try to keep my lessons fun and exciting but of course, effective. My lessons included tasks like word puzzles, role play, quizzes etc. I provide worksheets, but I am open to helping out with homework they received from school or anything they are having problems with. At the end of every few lessons, I like to give a small exam on what was learnt the past few hours. Just to see what can be improved or What has already become a plus.

Working with numbers is very easy for me, as I have a distinction in mathematics on my High-School certificate and have passed university level mathematics. So far I've spent a large amount of time teaching my younger sister the basics of mathematics as well as science and languages. I want to tutor people because it gives me an opportunity to help them in a way that a teacher could not. For me, it is very enjoyable to work with students of all ages that would like to learn. When I was younger, my grandfather used to help me, and I would like to pass that feeling on. During my studies I've spent some time helping younger students in my programmer(IB) with their studies. All though I was born and raised in Bulgaria, I have spent 7 years living in Austria in an English speaking environment, due to that, I speak fluent British English, as well as mother-tongue level Bulgarian and a very good German. I am able to help individuals up until 9-10th grade.
