Bonjour, je m'appelle Géraldine. Flûtiste professionnelle, je joue dans un orchestre à Basel et enseigne la flûte et le piccolo dans plusieurs établissements situés dans le centre de Zürich. La musique est ma passion. Que vous soyez débutant, déjà avancé, un tout jeune élève, un adulte ou peut-être à la retraite, vous êtes bienvenu/e chez moi! The most important thing for me is to create a pleasant and motivating atmosphere in which the focus is on making music. I am convinced that the best way to learn the flute is to play the music you enjoy playing. The lessons are based on making music together, giving you the tools to practice at home in a fun and efficient way. The lessons can be in German, English or Spanish. We are happy to do a free interview to get to know each other and talk about your goals with the flute. You don't need any prior knowledge. I will do my best to adapt the lessons to your wishes and needs. About me: I am currently doing a master's degree in music performance with Sarah Rumer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. I have over 7 years experience as a flute teacher and have had students of all ages and levels. I love teaching flute and sharing my passion for the flute with anyone who wants to learn to play it. I completed my pedagogical studies at the Conservatorio Superior "Manuel de Falla" in Buenos Aires with distinction. I have 6 years of experience in several orchestras, such as the National Youth Orchestra of Argentina and I have also won prizes in various flute competitions, including first prize in the International Competition «La Flauta Latinoamericana».

Graduated with highest marks cum laude for the Bachelor degree in flute at the Conservatory of Florence (Italy) and with the same points at the Conservatory of Milano for the piccolo Master, I am now attending a Master degree in flute performance at the Zurich University of the Arts. Music and especially flute and piccolo are my real passion. My lessons will be always different, based on the student. My main goal is to make music affordable to everyone, that's why I love to have students of any age. I'd love to have the opportunity to spread my passion: music should be first of all fun and a real joy!

I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.

Hello! My name is Estella and I am teaching singing and piano for all levels. I am last year of Bachelor in classical singing student and have performed, also worked with people in other countries as Lithuania, Latvia, South Africa, Spain, Austria and others...

Many people are passionate about music, but have they ever studied it in their lives? With this course I offer music theory, transverse and recorder classes for all levels, from the youngest to the oldest. The course can be adapted to each student and their preferences when it comes to learning. From getting to know the history of music a little better, learning to read sheet music, learning more about harmony, analyzing compositions or learning a new instrument. These are some of the options but I am always open to students and their preferences.

Welcome to my online Piano Class. I will happily help you achieve your musical goals, from the basic fundamentals of piano playing (reading music, positioning your hands on the keys) to building a wonderful sound and technique, allowing you to play anything you wish, from simple melodies to the renown classical piano repertoire of any era. The 30 mins lesson option is just for the new students, so we can meet, discuss, see what you need (level, scores, etc) and, of, course, start to play! I respect every student, I listen to any concerns and I am always happy and creative in helping everyone to get into music. My greatest happiness is to watch my students overcome any limit or freight and expand in full potential! On Sept 1st 2024 three of my awarded students were invited to perform at The DiMenna Classical Center of Music in Manhattan!
