May I introduce myself? my name is Yunjeong. I was born in 1996 in Ulsan, South Korea. When I was a child, I loved listening to classical music a lot. I started playing the piano when I was 6. In 2012 I started studying at Busan High School of Arts. I graduated from this course when I was 19, and then went on to study at Chugye Art University in Seoul. There I had the opportunity to learn a lot and to play with different musicians. I am currently attending the Franz Schubert Conservatory for a Master of Music. I'm studying piano there. My name is Gustav and I offer cello lessons for everyone aged 7-99 at MusikQuartier Wien. What makes my lessons special is my ability to cater to the individual wishes of my students. Whether classical music, film music or jazz/pop: I have sufficient experience in each of these musical genres. Plus, I can accompany all my students on the piano, as I temporarily also studied piano at university. In addition to my training as an instrumental teacher, I am also a qualified concert cellist, work as a section leader in a symphony orchestra and perform regularly as a chamber musician. During my studies and in various bands, I was able to gain valuable experience in the areas of improvisation, jazz/pop and arranging, so that I can offer all these styles of music and also provide sheet music without any problems. Lesson days and times are arranged individually and should ideally be repeated weekly at the same time so that we can establish a routine. I am a bachelor's student at the MUK and, alongside my studies, I give piano lessons for all levels. I teach both adults and children. (I also teach more difficult students.) I think that learning an instrument is important for a person's intellectual development because it requires a lot of sensitivity and good coordination and I really enjoy introducing others to this instrument.

You can make it easier for yourself! How much time you invest stays with you. :-) - any style possible, as long as it makes sense for you technically - Singing: easy! Write your own songs: - I give you different "glasses", "rails" through which you come up with new ideas, both for the music as well as the lyrics and singing - "writers block" - from the head back to the heart using simple techniques - learn to use the hidden treasure trove of ideas in your body (subconscious)! - and most importantly: have fun with “bad” songs! generally: - you will find clear goals for each hour (e.g. record a song or parts of it,...), for the next few weeks and for the next months - we record as much as possible because it is the best exercise (and the most exciting ;-) and you have something "in your hands" that is satisfying in itself, no matter how "perfect" it is (everything is perfect How clean is up to you ;-). - I'll help you promote the joy of sharing your music ("I can give something!") - and above all: learn to feel what really makes you happy.
