Vinyasa Yoga - Yoga in the heart of the elements - Flow of the elements

Translated by Google. Click to view original.
    Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that connects breath and movement in a flowing sequence of postures. This practice strengthens the body, improves flexibility and balances the mind, while promoting mindfulness.

In my classes, Vinyasa is taught in connection with the five elements: Earth for grounding, Water for fluidity, Fire for strength and energy, Air for lightness, and Ether for spiritual connection. I also integrate Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Mudra (symbolic gestures) techniques, to enrich the experience and encourage a deeper connection between body and mind.

Classes are available in French, German and English, and are suitable for all levels. Dive into this practice that energizes the body and soothes the mind.

Private Yoga Classes for Busy Professionals - Stress under Control
Having myself worked in high-stress environments, I know first-hand how stress can reduce the quality of life. Being also a medical doctor, I know all too well the long-term impact of stress on your mental and physical health. That is why I have created these classes. Chronic fatigue, difficulties sleeping, back pain, digestive issues, muscle tensions, irritability... I have been there too. If you experience any of the above, it is high time to push the reset button. Correctly done physical postures, along with breathing and relaxation techniques can make a huge difference. Do you worry that you are not flexible enough? Well, don't. The only requirement for my private yoga class is to be able to breathe. :) I have helped students with all kinds of physical conditions and I know how to adapt the practice to your needs. Are you still not sure? Just give it a try. Simply come for a 1-hour class to see if it makes sense to you. :) There is little to lose and possibly a whole new world to gain :)

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. A dynamic yoga in Vevey and Valais
I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in a traditional way, drawing inspiration from teachers and teachers whom I followed and met during my career I adapt to the needs of the student both physically and morally. Every body is different and every day we feel differently. The method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is based on several distinct series that consist of sequences of postures with different purposes and allowing an evolutionary practice by following degrees of difficulty. - The Yoga Chikitsa primary series, also called Yoga Therapy, which cleans and detoxifies the body by realigning it. - The intermediate series Nadi Shodana, which purifies the nervous system - Advanced series that leads to divine stability For beginners and intermediates, my classes are on the first series. There are several key and fundamental keys in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The postures are synchronized with fundamental points that are tristana. Using ujayyi breathing, bandhas (energetic locks) and dristis (focus point), we create an internal heat during practice with vinyasa which means the synchronization of the breath with the movement. This dynamic practice develops concentration and strengthens the mind. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga means eight members (eight steps). In the philosophy of yoga, it is an ancestral way that encourages to follow these rules of life to reach the state of serenity peculiar to this discipline. Each practice is a journey and a new self-discovery and a gradual transformation.

Dance & Therapy session | Transcendental Embodiment
Are you seeking for a creative and uplifting way to consciously reconnect with yourself ? Transcendental Embodiment is a dance practice that will guide you to embrace your emotions and help you to reach your true authentic self. Through meditative dances, guided imageries, and energy healing modalities. I am here to support and guide you in your process of discovering your inner power through: - chakras alignment, guided meditation, breathing exercises - self-expression & subjective experience through dance - expanding your heart space, emotional awareness, and healing in movement and dance - release of stress, judgment, and trapped emotions - grounding, self-care, resilience - and more... The sessions are tailored to the specific needs and capabilities of each individual. *Dance can be a practice of introspection, transformation, and transcendence of one’s subjective experiences into a worldwide journey. * As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am introspectively processing each working day in consciousness, listening to my upcoming emotions, triggers, or anxiety when it comes to be physically and mentally performative in a team, or as a freelance artist. Instead of suppressing these emotions and creating energetical and mental blockages (that can end up into somatic pains or burn-out): we should pay more attention to these inner warning messages and strengthen our emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the infinitesimal external stimulus and daily-stress of our very fast lives. It can be challenging to sense with clarity what is the origin of some feelings of frustration, unsatisfaction, discomfort, or grief, and it can be intimidating or discouraging to walk alone on that path. This class helps you to commit to your better-being, presence to oneself countering wellness procrastination. * What do you need to feel lighter, brighter, or happier in your everyday life? * * What is your self-achievement potentiality? * - For who? : For anyone who enjoys movement and dance, and desires a better connection and understanding with their moving bodies. / One-to-one or group sessions. - Where? : Online via SKYPE or at the student's location. Values: Integrity, Transparency, Respect, Cooperation * About TE : Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity. (TE) movement and dance methodology combines a meditative approach in stillness and through movement, awakening the mind, spreading the awareness into different body parts; putting a specific emphasis on improvisation skills, and musicality, following energy impulses and intuitive movement and increasing the flow of energy. Inviting the practitioners to practice resilience, non-self definition, non-judgment, self-care and self-love, integrity, and acceptance to overcome technical, physical, and mental limits holding the practitioner from his self-achievement potentiality. This approach builds itself crescendo on subjective movement reflexivity and introspective journey through the following process: * The four steps: Being | Investigation | Exploration | Dedication Unconscious - Subconscious - Conscious - Transcendental Consciousness Feel free to contact me for any inquiries. My background is in Hatha yoga, and these days, I'm deeply immersed in the alignment-focused practice of Iyengar yoga. I offer online/offline yoga classes that are gentle yet powerful, focusing on precision, posture, and healing. I’m Austrian, grew up in Japan, and now live in Malta with my two young children. I speak English, German, and Japanese. Daily meditation (Triratna style) is an essential part of my life and deeply influences my teaching. I believe yoga is a journey inward, not a performance. 🌿 My Journey with Yoga I discovered yoga not once, but twice — each time in a way that transformed my life. 🧭 The First Discovery — Yoga as a Way of Life In my late twenties, while backpacking through North India, I found myself in Rishikesh — not knowing it was one of the world’s most sacred places for yoga. There, I trained with inspiring teachers in Hatha and Iyengar yoga, including Ashish Sharma. I joined a retreat at the Yoga-Gang Centre in Old Rajpur, and for the first time, truly understood yoga as more than physical movement — it was a philosophical, mindful approach to life. 🩺 The Second Discovery — Yoga as Healing Years later, after giving birth, I suffered from intense postnatal back pain. I couldn’t even do basic poses. After seeing a chiropractor, I slowly returned to my mat. With consistent Iyengar practice, within a few months, my pain was gone. This experience showed me the therapeutic power of yoga — how it can heal and restore the body from within.

    Constanza
Hatha Yoga for Body-Mind Balance and Self-Connection
About me My name is Constanza, and I've been a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2021. But my yoga journey began long before that: over 20 years ago. What began as a personal practice transformed into a true philosophy of life and, over time, a vocation. In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice. This connection between body, breath, and water allowed me to delve deeper into techniques of concentration, breath control, and mindfulness, which I now integrate into my classes to offer a more conscious and profound experience. My dream is to accompany those who wish to begin or deepen their yoga journey, respecting each individual's time and needs. I deeply believe that yoga is a transformative tool, not only for the body but also for the soul. About the course This Hatha Yoga course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and rediscover your breath as an anchor to the present moment. We'll work with postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of introspection and meditation. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, each class is designed to be a safe, friendly, and flexible space where you can explore your practice at your own pace. If you're also interested in the world of water—whether through recreational diving or freediving—I also offer specific tools to improve body awareness, lung capacity, and mental serenity, which are key both in and out of the water. ✨ I invite you to discover the power of pause, silence, and conscious movement. The journey to yourself begins with a breath... and I'd love to join you. ✨

Hot Yoga (Bikram) Classes - Yin Yoga - Vinyasa Yoga - Nidra Meditation
Of Belgian-Canadian origin, I have over 6 years of experience in yoga. Trained in Casablanca in Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Nidra Meditation, I now teach in Marrakech at the Fairmont Royal Palm. I enjoy guiding my students through a personalized practice that meets their needs. I integrate meditation, breathing, and movement into my classes. Bikram is a powerful, physical yoga practice that is initially practiced in a heated room. However, all 26 postures can also be practiced in Hatha Yoga. Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative yoga. The postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice helps the body achieve deep relaxation. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that combines breath and movement. It is ideal for improving flexibility and strengthening muscles. Nidra Meditation, also called "lucid sleep yoga," is a guided meditation, an inner journey that affects the entire body. I teach in-person and in-home private lessons in Marrakech. I also teach online. See you soon on the mat!

Hi, I’m Tushar—a certified yoga teacher and wellness guide with over 5 years of experience in helping people find strength, peace, and clarity through yoga, meditation, and breathwork. I hold a **Master’s degree in Yogic Science from India**, where I was trained in both the traditional roots and therapeutic aspects of yoga. My teaching style is a blend of: - **Hatha Yoga** – for strength, alignment, and balance - **Primary series of Ashtanga Yoga** – to build discipline and flow - **Yin Yoga** – for deep release and stillness - **Guided Meditation** – to calm the mind and connect inward - **Breathwork (Pranayama)** – to manage anxiety, stress, and emotional blockages I also work with individuals facing **mental health challenges** like **depression, anxiety, and burnout**, using gentle yoga, mindfulness, and breath-based practices to bring back a sense of safety, presence, and inner stability. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to deepen your practice, I tailor each session to your unique journey. Let’s work together to bring your body, mind, and soul into harmony—one breath at a time.

Yoga and somatic movement ( movement for the body and stillness for the mind)
Yoga with a somatic approach is a classe where we integrate the ancient knowledge of Yoga with a more exploration and enquiry-based approach which means that there is an opportunity to truly connect with the body and let the emotions and tensions be released through conscious movement. It helps to regulate the nervous system, develop a deep connection with yourself and life, prevent injuries and minize chronic pain.
