I have been playing classical piano for 14 years. Obviously a lot solo, but also in ensembles, as an accompanist for flutists, violinists, clarinetists and singers. I was also a paid rehearsal director and pianist for a music theater company for a while and I played concerts in an orchestra. More importantly, I also enjoy teaching! Whether you are just starting out or have been working for some time, together we can tinker with your technique and execution.

The way I teach actually depends entirely on the student. The way I explain the concepts, plan and structure the lessons and approach each subject all depends on whether the student is a beginner, intermediate or advanced, and whether he or she has some experience on the subject. Each student has different needs and different abilities. It's just a matter of getting to know the student, in order to identify both the weaknesses and strengths on which to work.

With a lifelong passion for music, I bring a diverse background to my teaching, ranging from classical piano to jazz, rock, and beyond. My experience includes playing various instruments and performing in bands, orchestras, and chamber music ensembles. Currently pursuing a Master’s with a focus on chamber music, I am dedicated to sharing my enthusiasm for collaborative music-making with my students. As a working musician for many years I have experience in a lot of music genres and styles, so I think we can explore anything that you're interested in, in a very deep and detailed level!

Singing lessons for all levels and age. For beginners, together we can discover the range of your voice and build the breathing and singing technique. At the same time we will work on music theory, ear training and how to read a score. For mature singers, we can delve into the singing technique and interpretation and add pieces in your repertoire. The lessons are provided both online and in person and can be held in English or Greek. I also speak some Italian and German. About me I have been playing the piano for 15 years. I have studied Classical Singing in the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata (Greece) and I have followed a two-year Early Music Programme in Athens Conservatoire. At the same time I studied Music Theory (Harmony) at the Greek National Conservatoire from which I gained my Harmony degree. In addition, I have a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Here in The Netherlands, I finished my masters at the Utrechts Conservatorium and worked as a singer at the NKK NXT 2022-2023. I have participated in Operas (“Julius Cesar”- 2015 in Athens Concert Hall and “Alcina”-2019 in Odeon of Herodes Atticus) as a member of a vocal ensemble and I have also performed as a soloist in many concerts. Some of the stages I have performed are: Concertgebouw Amsterdam, TivoliVredenburg, Schouwburg Concertzaal Tilburg, Athens Concert Hall, Greek National Opera and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus.

De saxofoon is ergonomisch en gemakkelijk om je eerste noten te produceren, zodat je al snel plezier zult hebben in je eerste lessen. Of je nu een beginner bent die de basis wil leren, een gevorderde speler die zijn techniek wil verbeteren, of iemand die wil improviseren en samen muziek wil maken, de lessen worden op maat gemaakt om aan jouw wensen te voldoen! Saxles! De saxofoon, uitgevonden door Adolphe Sax, is een uniek instrument dat de warme en krachtige klanken van koper- en houtblazers combineert. Dankzij zijn veelzijdigheid voelt de saxofoon zich thuis in allerlei muziekstijlen, van blues tot klassiek. We spelen de muziek die jij leuk vindt, terwijl we ook werken aan belangrijke basisvaardigheden, een goede techniek en zelfs het verkennen van improvisatie. Plezier en creativiteit staan voorop! Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om, zodra je wat hebt geleerd, aan te sluiten bij onze saxofoongroep. Samen muziek maken is niet alleen leuk, maar ook inspirerend!

Singing to me is the best feeling ever. Your entire body is moving and your head is totally empty of worries. You lose who you are and transform into a new person. One time you are a prince or princess, the other a warrior fighting a duel. Maybe you stare at a beautiful river or fall in love like never before. All of this and even crazier situations are material for songs. Singing is so much more than just notes, it is about using your fantasy and telling a story. I love this feeling so much that I want to share how you can experience all of this while singing. ​ In general, singing is a combination of technique (pitches and rhythm), posture, and breathing. Next to that, we have diction, acting, body language, expression, and joy! You sing because you like it! ​ Singing is for all ages, all levels, and I adapt my lessons to your level. Hi, I am Mario. I am 20 years old and I am currently finishing my bachelor degree in classical violin at Utrecht Conservatory. I come from a family of musicians and I started playing the violin when I was 4 years old. The classes will be adapted to the student's level. I am working on new pedagogical methods to learn music and violin in a friendly way. I already have experience teaching. Hope to see you soon!

Learn guitar or develop more advanced approaches through active learning and creativity. Students will be playing music from the very first lesson, and acquiring foundational skills and theoretical knowledge through learning your favourite songs. Lessons are tailored to suit the tastes, aspirations and ability of the students. As an experienced performing musician with a PhD in music, I focus on ‘doing’ rather than ‘knowing’, whether that involves learning songs, developing improvisational techniques or songwriting. But most importantly, I make sure we play music together and have fun in the process.

I'm very passionate about teaching and always trying to adapt to the needs of each individual. I have received an ABRSM teaching diploma and therefore successfully completed the course to teach students from beginners- advanced. I'm a very patient and positive person and always try to encourage and support my students.
