Hi there! Here is some information about how I envision the courses. I approach the subject according to the needs of the student but I try to favor the oral as much as possible and of course the target language. These can be simple conversations to practice the language or support lessons. With me you will speak British English BUT I know lots of things about the US too ;) Regarding grammar, I favor simple and effective explanations in context and practice by giving you tips and tricks to make a minimum of errors. Do not hesitate if you have any questions!

Why take language lessons? There are a lot of reasons to learn a new language: to develop personally, to go and live in a foreign country, to broaden one's professional or educational prospects... I give Spanish-Catalan and English lessons, on weekdays from 5 p.m. and on Saturdays. I use different learning methodologies with my students. With children I focus on real and observable abilities (or “competences”) rather than understanding the concepts measured by traditional academic assessments. With adults I find important and necessary the "conversation theory", where interactions lead to "knowledge".
