For example, we will not put the same level of demand if you want to play for pleasure at home without haste or if you want to do some entrance exams to musical studies (although always with the same good rigor). The needs of each student can vary the methodology, the way of organizing the study sessions, the postural work, the repertoire... - Once we know what we want to achieve and by when, classes will begin in a relaxed atmosphere. Important! Relaxed is not equal to undemanding or rigorous, just that we will try not to resort to military methods, especially given my character and sense of humor ;). - Something important to note is that my methods are very dynamic and with special emphasis on the development of the ear and musicality. No reading, spitting and changing songs. I try to avoid methods that focus too much on the continuous reading of scores without memorizing, listening or understanding what is being done and why, especially so that later you can make your own aesthetic decisions and feel ownership of your performance. Maybe I'll even make you sing. - Last but not least, it should be noted that given my training (I studied classical music and modern music and jazz at the Taller de Músics) my tendency will be to give the same importance to different types of music. My flute lessons are available in a flexible time frame from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with a frequency of weekly or biweekly, depending on your preference. The kanun is an instrument of the zither family, used historically in various cultures including Arabic, Armenian, Turkish and Greek. I am a professional performer and hold a Bachelor's degree in Musicology from the University of Ioannina (Greece), specializing in the kanun. I am also currently a Master's student at the University of Macedonia (Greece) where I will be researching novel orchestrations of Greek art music of the 1960s, using the kanun. In the lesson we will be focusing on technique, repertoire (mainly Greek and Ottoman), makam theory and elements of taksim improvisation. The level and pace of lessons will completely adapt to the needs and interests of each student.

Turkish reed flute is an essential instrument of Turkish Classcial Music. It has a deep and dense culture dating from 13. century around. If you want to learn about how to perform it you first need a teacher educated by masters on this field. As of many teachers you can find online but you make sure that not every tutor meets with traditional style. Solfege and method are inseperable parts of the lessons. So for beginners and intermediate students must follow a compotent tutor to learn about the way of classic form.

Shakuhachi is a traditional Japanese bamboo flute. It is unique in historical sense, Shakuhachi was played in Edo period, not as a musical instrument but a tool for Buddhism training. It also has very unique character as a wind instrument, and there is very satisfying pleasure to play it. In this class, we would like to share the joy and mindfulness of Shakuhachi playing. It is sometimes hard to make sound with Shakuhachi, but there is so much to be inspired by feeling your breath turning into the sound, by playing the instrument. Koudou Tsugami is a professional Shakuhachi player, who has finished both the Bachelor and Master course at the Tokyo University of the Arts. Along with playing in concerts and lives, he also gives lessons daily and teach in workshops for beginners more than 50 times a year.

Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I refined my skills and nurtured my artistic vision. After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been intrigued by the therapeutic potential of music. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music. In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of the Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history.
