There was good communication with Armend and he arrived promptly for the first lesson. He had planned an activity which was appropriate for our boys German level. Out 20+ teachers I sent requests to, Faten was one of the few who replied very fast. She understood all the specifics I needed for my son and started immediately helping him to speak although he was not eager at all. She is always reachable, her french is great and she really know a way how to make people speak French! Recommending!
