Pianist and musicologist, I have been teaching piano in all styles (classical, jazz, film and popular music) to students of all ages for almost 20 years. The teaching is modern, adapted to each student and combines music theory and instrument. Lessons at home or at the student's home (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Schaerbeek, Saint-Josse, Evere and other neighboring municipalities, occasionally in Walloon Brabant). Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...). Depending on your goals, you can learn, if you wish, to play 60 to 80% of current music from the first lessons, which often use the same chords and the same techniques. Professional pianist and passionate about pedagogy, I have been teaching piano and music theory for 10 years now in conservatories, music schools and private lessons. Holder of a performance license from the Rouen Conservatory in France, I am currently continuing my training at the Higher Institute of Music and Pedagogy in Namur in order to teach in academies. With several years of experience in teaching the violin, my lessons are for everyone, whatever your desires. Hello ! I offer lessons for young people wishing to discover music. These are musical awareness courses which combine the discovery of music, piano and music theory. In the musical awareness course, we work on the rhythm and notes of the staff.

I will try to guide you towards a plan that will correspond to your desires, while proposing a working method based on the pleasure of playing together, rigor, musical culture and theoretical knowledge. My favorite repertoire is jazz, bossa, funk, but I also like to offer pieces from classical and pop, accompanying you on the piano to get you used to playing in a group.
