This education was based on preparing myself as a better human being though playing cello in orchestras, chamber music and as soloist. I finished my bachelor studies in Lisbon, at the National Orchestra Academy (Orquestra Metropolitana), master in modern cello in Antwerp, at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp and master in baroque cello in the Early Music Department of the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles. Solid experience in orchestral playing as well as in chamber music, where I collaborate with several orchestras and ensembles, and have my own ensemble as well (Ayres Extemporae).
