Hello everyone, my name is Bardia an experienced and enthusiastic violin teacher in Rotterdam. The key words for my teaching are fun and personal development. What matters the most to me is to have students feeling at ease with my teaching and feeling motivated after a lesson. This is why we will be playing lots of pieces together in duos, trying to develop complicity at your own pace, no rush ever. Last but not least, I also want to train and instruct students to reach a high mental level so as to express themselves free from constraints and stresses. Through a personalized method, tailored to your needs and wishes, we will cover together all sorts of repertoire, ranging from Baroque and Classical Music to more modern styles like Pop. Lessons can be given in English, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French and Farsi. I teach at all levels from beginners to advanced with particular focus on amateur players. I graduated from Rotterdam Conservatory in 2017 and I finished my Master in Early Music in Utrecht Conservatory in April 2024.

With these violin lessons I would like to transmit to the student my knowledge with violin, as well as the passion for music. It is easy when learning an instrument to get frustrated because of the difficulties, but with a balance between good habits and focus on having fun with expressivity, it ensures that the student enjoys the process and improves in the results. Open to all levels and music styles, in my lessons students will experience an open playground or lab, where they find in the violin and music a great source of creativity. In addition, with my experience for many years and a bachelor of music in violin (Codarts), I will work to establish in the student proper habits for the violin to ensure the optimal conditions, but always with fun, no matter the expectatives with the instruments ( mild hobby, amateur, professional). Duration of lessons: 60 min is a regular lesson. 30 min lesson possible for children ( young children usually do not hold longer periods with focus in the beggining).

As an experienced violinist and a violin teacher, I offer violin lessons for students in every age and level of advancement. During our lessons, I will help you discover the beautiful and magical side of this instrument. BEGINNERS If you are a beginner, I will teach you some basic violin and music skills. In the first lessons, we will do simple exercises to teach you how to hold the violin and the bow in the correct and relaxed way. In the lessons, you will also learn some basic theory, reading music, and basic rhythms. From the beginning, you will be playing some nice, simple tunes and violin duets. The lessons are held in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. ADVANCED STUDENTS In our first lesson, we will talk about students’ needs expectations, and level of abilities and choose the right repertoire for you. If you need some help with music theory – I can also help you with pleasure! Lessons are available in English, Polish and basic Dutch (level A2) and take place in the heart of the Rotterdam City-Center!

The benefits of learning music are well known, from an early or old age. Which is why I enjoy making people improve their musical skills, I have a year of experience teaching children and I also did 6-month research for children to improve their attention span through music. Depending on the level at which you are, we will find the methodology that is most convenient, always trying to maintain motivation and progress. Violin classes for beginners and intermediates, focusing on technical and interpretative aspects. Musical arrangement classes for different instrumental formats and sheet music transcription. I make recordings of violins and string ensembles. The teaching methodology is based on understanding the technical and musical learning process, progressive study with examples performed by the teacher, using academic and popular repertoire, scale and arpeggio systems, and exercises for developing muscle memory.

As a passionate violinist, I enjoy guiding students from beginners to advanced levels, helping them grow both technically and artistically. My students have achieved great success in music competitions and exams, and they always perform beautifully in concerts. In our violin lessons, we start with foundational elements like scales, progressing through repertoire suited to each student’s skill level. I also incorporate specialized techniques, such as the Tune Day Method, to enhance their playing. Hello everyone! My musical journey began when I was just four years old, starting with the piano. Later, at the age of seven, I eagerly embraced the violin, adding its enchanting melodies to my repertoire. I achieved a professional mid-grade in both piano and violin. Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I refined my skills and nurtured my artistic vision. After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been intrigued by the therapeutic potential of music. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music. In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of the Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history. Our debut performance at the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras was a proud moment, affirming our commitment to amplifying diverse voices in music. Beyond classical music, I've always been drawn to exploring different genres and styles. As a member of the Jong Metropole Orchestra in 2023, I relished the opportunity to collaborate with musicians from diverse backgrounds, pushing the boundaries of traditional musical conventions. In every note I play and every project I undertake, my passion for music shines through. It's a journey of exploration, growth, and discovery, and I'm excited to continue sharing my love for music with the world. I've been teaching during the last 8 years. I am flexible with the students needs and I embrace fun and creativity in my lessons.

Viola/Violin for all levels and ages. I graduated from Viola at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Brussels, and also as a music Professor for all levels from the Conservatory of Buenos Aires (Argentina), specialized in viola.I have experience teaching music to kids through games, in school orchestras or privately. I also teach adults, adjusting the class to their interests and needs. During the lessons, the student will also learn music theory integrated with the instrument class.

My goal is to make people of all ages and levels learn not only playing an instrument but how can music help them in their everyday life. I am an Albanian violinist, with a Bachelor degree in Classical Music (Violin) and Musicologie in Sorbonne University. Over the years, my experiences with different youth and professional orchestras all around Europe have made me understand that music is important not only for professional musicians but also for everyone. I can teach in English or French and of course in my mother tongue Albanian.

In this violin course you will learn a foundation in learning one of the most rewarding instruments in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools: Hart Muziekschool in Haarlem and Vioolstudio 020! in Amsterdam). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.
