I'm a professional drummer from Spain, but living in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I have studied Latin drums at Codarts, university of the arts, in Rotterdam, so I've acquired a lot of knowledge and skills on Cuban and Brazilian music, jazz, funk and Pop. I've performed in places such as: North Sea Jazz Festival, Het Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), Tivoli (Utrecht), Jazzcafe Dizzy, etc...

I obtained my Jazz Music Master's program at the Prince Claus Conservatoire of Groningen in June 2022. I'm looking forward to sharing some knowledge and to hear what you already know. What can I offer? Styles that we can work on: Classical, Folk, Jazz, Pop music. Languages that we can speak in the lesson: Dutch, English, Catalan or/and Spanish Skills that we can work on: basic techniques, jazz and folk techniques, play the cello while singing, percussion on the cello. How do I work? Each class will be individually prepared, in order to have the student goals in mind. In our first lesson we can get to know each other and then we will figure out what do you want and how can I help you. For BEGINNERS I teach the bow, finger positions and other basics with easy songs (with kids I add games to make it more entreating). Such as relating painting with playing, dancing with playing or literature with playing. For AVERAGE LEVEL we explore, with already some technique, how to play songs, finding a good sound and feel at ease with the instrument. Additional Activities: Once a month I plan a rehearsal with pianist to work on some repertoire of cello and piano. Meetings with other students are also arranged to play duos together. Hello! I am Celia, a professional saxophonist and singer. I am offering individual (online or face-to-face) lessons in Saxophone, Singing, Improvisation, or Music Theory. I have seven years of experience as a teacher. In my lessons, I adapt completely to the needs of the student, regardless of their age or level. Depending on what you want to improve or what you are willing to learn, I will design the sessions specifically for you. The focus of this class is to learn how to play the piano but most important how to make music. Music is a language that expresses our feelings & ideas and connects us with other people but also with ourselves. Together we will can work on the basic principles and tools to play the piano, setting a healthy technique but also cultivate your personal sense of music. Further on, we can explore new repertoire and unknown composers, refine your playing and learn how to deal with difficulties, discuss about interpretation issues and even work on your performance on stage. With music theory, we can dive into the alphabet and syntactic of music: the world harmony, rhythm, solfege and analysis.

My lessons are completely personalized. Based on your level, your goals and the time you can spend on the clarinet, we will decide together what is the best option for you. My name is Mandy and I'm a vocalist, composer, arranger and bandleader born in Guangdong, China and currently based out of Rotterdam, the Netherland. I teach vocal technique, vocal improvisation, Pop, rock and jazz singing, music theory and composition lessons. Composing music can be intimidating, but it’s actually stimulating and hands-on, and it’s not all about sitting at a table in front of a paper imagining music. In these lessons you’ll learn about composition techniques, harmony, melody, rhythm, form, composing through improvisation, and much more. Everything you need to translate your ideas into your own preferred genre of music. Depending on your background and musical preferences, we will adjust the content of the lessons so that it fits you best. The lessons can be done in English, Dutch, Spanish or Catalan.

In the percussion field there are more instruments than you can count, it's a perfect opportunity to try out different things in the musical field and see what you like as a beginner, intermediate or advanced student. I am teaching music theory to all my students in order to deepen their musical knowledge on any instrument. I've been playing, studying, teaching and performing for over 15 years now, so I can use my experience to find good qualities in the you and develop them as much as possible. If you want to study with me I can provide a stable program for development including scores, exercises etc. In this class, we will be focusing on instruments sutch as Marimba, Vibraphone, Drum set, Latin percussion, African percussion, Djembe, Orchestral Percussion, Timpani and more. I am a brazilian musician graduated in classical guitar, with experience in jazz and brazilian music. Everything from bossa nova, samba, choro and latin music in general is my speciality. Have been teaching for 15 years now, i developed a way of teaching music based on what the student needs to develop his/her potential. It can be more practical and playfull, or theoretical and methodical.
