I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day. Hi! I'm Jeff, bassist in Amsterdam, and currently in my final phase at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. As a bassist, I've been playing in diverse settings with different styles of music. Every genre of music knows a bassline, and I proudly take on that role with my bassguitar, double bass or synth-bass. I'm a bassist who gladly shares his love and passion for music with anyone that would like to learn. Sound and groove are the most important tools a bassist can have. In other words: it sounds good, and it feels good. I approach the instrument as a hybrid between double bass and guitar, which opens new doors when the two worlds meet. During the lessons I happily share my knowledge and enthousiasm for the bass, and create a lesson plan based off the student's goals. Hello I’m student from Codarts on the Jazz department, my clases can be adapted to each student. My aim is that student learn how to improve, how to practice your instrument and to know the instrument, also learn, good grooves and fills, improve your rhythm.

I have been teaching classical and electric guitar for 20 years to students of all ages (from 6 -7) and levels of preparedness. My classes are not just about learning, but also about the joy of playing the guitar while making the learning easy, stress-free, and most of all - fun, so you or your kids would want to continue! The classes can go from the basics to learning the scales and chords, transcribing the licks of your favorite guitar players, improvising solos and playing your favorite songs and compositions. I also have experience preparing students (both adults and children) for the ABRSM guitar exam (exam board of the Royal Schools of Music) with excellent results. In Italy I taught in 4 different schools of music, there I had the opportunity to gain a lot of experience with students of all ages and all levels. I have had many children pupils, who approached the trombone or another brass instrument for the first time, as many amateurs of all ages who needed a guide for their path, but also adults with a great knowledge of music, who wanted to perfect themselves and find inspiration to cultivate their passion. If you are approaching the Trombone for the first time, there are NO requirement, book your lesson and you will try the instrument at my place, then if you want to progress you will need to buy your own instrument. If you are an amateur or you already study in another school but you want to perfect yourself or you need any help for any issues, just come by and we will see together your level and what you need to improve. Many masterclasses all around Italy and abroad taught me that every student is different, and a teacher can change your life just by saying the right sentence, we will work together. I have several methods to study any technical issue of the trombone, and a lot of inspiring exercises, we will find together the books that fit you better. To have a proper education, I take care about ear training, singing, and of course breathing and body posture as well, I want you to feel good with your instrument and to approach to the music in a relax and funny way.

For many people improvisation is a scary word and having to improvise in a group or band is an alarming prospect. However, this really does not need to be the case. As long as you have a basic knowledge of how to play your instrument you will be able to improvise. Once you know the principle of how chords are formed you will soon be improvising with ease. If you play a keyboard instrument you will be able to improvise your own pieces and be able to entertain your friends at a moments notice. On the other hand if you play in a band or a group you will be well equipped to do a real 'jam' session. Whether you play a single line instrument (flute, saxophone, trumpet, violin etc.) or keyboard instruments, this class is for you.

Learning how to play cello can be very frustrating sometimes if you don’t find the right exercises or motivation. Maybe you just want to learn how to play some song of your liking, or maybe you want to start to become a professional musician. Either way, I like to work with music and find the best way for my students to enjoy the lessons and learn at their own rythm.

My name is Federico and I am a professional and Award Winning saxophone player. I worked at Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles as an Assistant Professor of Jeroen Van Herzeele the jazz saxophone professor. I graduated at Conservatorio G.Martucci of Salerno (Italy) and had both Bachelor and Master with full marks with honors. During the course of my studies i also spent two academic years abroad , one at the Kask and Conservatorium of Ghent with the supervision of Bart Defoort and one at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles with John Ruocco. In 2017 i won the "Massimo Urbani International Jazz Competition" prize that saw as head of the jury Kurt Rosenwinkel & Fabrizio Bosso. I play in several Jazz bands and I have been performing all around Europe. I recorded a solo album called "Right Now" with the famous Italian label "Philology Records" & the album"Supernova" with my own band. I also recorded several albums with different bands and of many styles, from jazz, funk to pop. I toured with the famous Italian Drummer Tullio De Piscopo (Pino Daniele, Mina, Astor Piazzolla's drummer) and also had the chance to make a variety of television appearances on Italian National Television (Rai1, Rai5, Rai3).
