About Me

I have a passion for yoga combined with a passion for people. I love teaching and supporting individual students in their progression, and do this through my ongoing personal practice and development. The 5000-year-old philosophies of Yoga and it's sister science, Ayurveda are rich fields in the science of happiness and personal evolution, and the exploration of these is an ongoing source of joy for me. There is nothing better than offering this knowledge further.
