Learn Italian with a Native Speaker: Tailored Lessons for all ages and levels

Growing up in Ticino, I am fluent in Italian and will be available for beginners to advanced courses. I can help in all areas, be it grammar, conjugation, literature, general history of Italy, pronunciation etc ...

I am in 11th VP, Italian option. I give tutorials for all subjects (homework help and test preparation) to students up to 13 years old. I am perfectly bilingual Italian French. I can also give Italian lessons to students who have chosen it as an option. My strengths: I have a very good knowledge of the Harmos program that I am finishing. Teaching is the way I want to go after my gym. I have a lot of patience and lots of strategies to help the youngest ones to progress. My parents are teachers and we have very useful educational resources at home.

I taught adults at the University of Turin in Italy for 10 years, and high school students in France and, above all, I also learned languages! I thus understood what is useful and what is less so for entering another language, what gives the pleasure of seeing oneself progress, of beginning to speak, to understand, to write... The FLE course, that is to say French as a Foreign Language, is certainly intended for those who wish to learn French in order to fit into a French-speaking context, but also for children/adolescents who do not have the grammatical bases to be good at school. A language, any language, cannot be acquired just "at random", it has a structure called grammar through which one must progress in order to learn. DON’T PANIC, GRAMMAR CAN BE APPROACHED WITH PLEASURE! Many students liked the progression I gave to my lessons and the relevance of my pedagogical approach, both serious and fun.

- I'm a professional Italian teacher from Italy, now living in Rome. I have 10 years teaching experience. I am very patient and I love to make a relaxed and friendly class environment. I have qualifications and experience teaching at different levels and in different contexts. I can help the student to improve the oral, written, and comprehension skills. Most important is that each course is based on the needs, interests and availability of the student. - The method is mainly what is called communicative, aimed at stimulating the student to speak immediately and put the focus on the functional aspect of the language. For beginners, I usually follow a specific program, I prepare a course and for each lesson I send students the files that I scan from the various books. Also the lessons can be essentially developed as conversations on specific subjects.

Italian is a wonderful language for its diversity and musicality, which fascinates people all over the world. Obviously, it is a language that requires application and practice for its learning. This is why I organize my courses in a hybrid way: For beginners : First, we will learn how to read and pronounce words correctly, as well as the first basic constructions for communicating (subject, verb, complement). Secondly, we will discover the different phenomena of the Italian language, focusing on their use. The goal is to start expressing simple thoughts, while communicating and having fun learning the language. For intermediaries: We will deepen the knowledge of the language and consolidate basic constructions, while adding new knowledge. The goal at this level is to begin to express more complex thoughts and, above all, to be able to express oneself independently. For the advanced: The enrichment of the Italian language and the expression of emotions and opinions will be at the heart of our work. The materials I use come from books, manuals, videos, podcasts, and are personalized for each of my students.

I'm a current university student in the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting and I offer classes to to people who want to improve and/or practise a foreign language (Italian, Spanish, French). My teaching method focuses on the needs of the students. Each class is personalised depending on the aspects of the language that the student wants to improve (speaking, grammar, writing, comprehension). I offer Italian lessons for adults using a specific, very lively and effective method that will allow you to understand, read books in Italian, watch films in the original version and above all to express yourself quickly, with a solid grammatical foundation, in everyday life, but also to have rich conversations with your interlocutors. If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
