Learn to express yourself through textiles, a diverse and mindful craft. I offer classes that explore abstract expression in embroidery, beadwork, embellishments, and patchwork. We look at the history of folk art and craft as a source of inspiration to create personal textile artworks. In the past, students have made stuffed toys, quilts, wall hanging, clothing and samplers. All materials will be provided, including vintage fabrics, trimmings, embellishments, threads and tools.

​I am a fully qualified teacher with full QTS and a master's in Global Creative and Cultural Industries. I take an inquiry-based approach to my teaching and specialize in observational drawing, critical thinking, relief printing, oil painting, and both analog and digital photography.  I have taught in mainstream schools, academies, FE centres, pupil referral units, galleries, theatres and youth justice settings. Sometimes it seems like unforeseen forces are holding you back from doing the things you dream of, maybe you've been feeling blocked, lethargic, listless or struggling with direction. These hurdles we often place in front of ourselves to stay safe, fear of failure is a common thing in creative subjects! In this course we will begin to look at the principles of creative play, technique, concept development, developing creative practise, 'red threads', portfolio curation, industry insights etc. Together we can tailor the course to your individual needs, this could be in the form of directly acquiring new technical skills through one on one painting tuition or developing an action plan to elevate you towards your goals.

Learn the tools of Photoshop & Lightroom with an award-winning young photographer exhibited at the Photographers' Gallery in London. Practice basic skills, retouching, colour grading and photo manipulation. Tutoring lessons tailored for anyone from a complete beginner to advanced level. We can also work on editing your own images so you have a finished set of photos to share at the end of the lesson. Programs which I regularly work in and can transfer my skills onto you: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. My name is Hugo, I am a passionate artist and educator based in the vibrant city of London. With a background in sculpture, painting, and drawing, I've had the privilege of delving into the world of art both as a creator and as a mentor. Fine Art can be a confusing, and often inaccessible subject. However, creating and engaging with art can also be empowering once you have the understanding of contemporary art practises. It is my intention to engage both children and adults in creative play, and discussion, to create exciting lessons. Lessons will often be tailored towards the individual's interests, linking them to relevant artists and artistic practises. A wide range of materials and processes will be explored in the lessons, including painting, drawing, sculpture and digital art, allowing students to find their strengths. As a Fine Art and History of Art graduate it truly is my passion to ignite, distill, and grow a person's interests in Art, Design and Art History. I have experience in creating and teaching lessons for students of all ages, from 4 years of age up to adults. I also have experience tutoring GCSE and A-level students in the trickier aspects of a Fine Art qualification, where jumping through the hoops and tick the boxes that the exam boards require can often take the joy out of creating. My aim is to help students get the grade that truly reflects their engagement and enthusiasm for art, guiding them through the certain requirements that can often feel confusing or frustrating. Whatever level of understanding and ability the student may have, these lessons will be challenging, creative and rewarding.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

This creative drawing course uses still life or abstract elements as a visual prompt through which participants can unlock their own creativity and learn to think like an artist. Over the course of the week will focus on technique and materials in a practical, hands-on class- combining traditional Life Drawing practices with experimental drawing ideas and mediums.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.
