This course is intended for future law students. This is a general introductory course in law. We will approach the basics of civil and public law in order to better understand the start of the first year of law. I am currently finishing my 3rd year of law school.

Student in M1 Private Law with majors in special criminal law and business criminal law, I naturally intend to pursue a career as a lawyer in criminal law. Former law student at Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and promotion major, I also obtained a diploma from the Law College of the same university and the Public Affairs diploma Preparation for competitive examinations for the senior civil service, I am currently a Master 1 at Sciences Po Paris. I am a 5th-year student in law in Paris. I passed the French bar exam in 2022. I specialize in digital law and business law. I can do mentoring for first-year students (work method, advice, assistance for "Travaux Dirigés"...), as I was head of the year. Indeed, law studies require rigour, persistence and a very specific work method which can be shaped only by regular work and individual coaching. I also propose work assistance for primary school in all the subjects (French, History, Mathematics, English).

Adaptation in the first year of law to the methodology and operation of the legal logic is sometimes difficult. Law student (M1 social law), I therefore propose a support during the year for the students in license, concerning the homework, the methodology to be applied for different legal exercises (practical cases, card of stop, legal dissertation, commentary of 'stop') as well as for the understanding of the courses.

The course takes place as follows: - A first step is to check the basics by approaching the course, giving examples, having a discussion with the student. - The second step allows you to train on an exercise (practical case, stop comment, dissertation, summary note, article comment, writing a consultation or an act ...). - Finally, the last step is to make a correction with a thorough methodology, and a comparison before / after. Depending on the level of the pupil, his strengths and difficulties but also his expectations (first year or bar level), a certain time will be allocated to the different stages. At each new class a 5 minute reminder is given to the past week.

Introductory Course in Civil Law: The objective of the course will be to understand the mechanisms of civil law such as the sources of law, the hierarchy of norms, conflict of laws over time, etc. The course will also allow the student to learn to understand the reading of the case law, to use a Code, to organize his legal reasoning. I also teach contract law. English lesson: The objective of the course will be to improve vocabulary, grammar, listening comprehension in English. The course and activities will be adapted according to the profile of the candidate.

PhD student in criminal law, I would like to share the experience I have acquired throughout my university studies. Giving private lessons in law in general, and in criminal law in particular, responds on the one hand to my interests and on the other hand to my professional project as a doctor of law. I will provide students with a flexible method that can adapt to each person's situation as well as to the specificity of each subject. In general, the methodology begins with the explanation of the course (understanding of the rule of law and case law, analysis of doctrinal opinions).
