I specialize in jazz, funk and improvisation. What I teach will help you out with every style. I will help you to develop your technique progressively by learning tunes according to your specific level. We also will work on improvisation exercises, so you can discover new ways of creating your own bass lines on the spot. Lastly, I want to work with you on bass lines by the great bass players from the past.

Graduated from the Conservatoire de Région de Paris and the American School of Modern Music, having studied at the same time at the Conservatoire International de Paris and the Pôle Supérieur de Paris. Holder of a State Diploma as a music teacher in jazz guitar. Formerly professor of jazz guitar at the Conservatoire du 17e in Paris and at the Conservatoire Claude Debussy in Saint-Germain en Laye. I give lessons in modern guitar (jazz, blues, funk, etc.), harmony and everything that requires a perennial musical practice: reading, rhythm, composition, general culture, history, etc. I also prepare students for entrance examinations (departmental, regional and national conservatories (CNSM)). Trombone lessons are focused on working at basic techniques along with carefully selected repertoire in accordance with students’ aims and preferences. In his teaching, Konstantin specializes mainly in classical trombone repertoire, and could also give a piece of advice about jazz and commercial playing. To get the most out of studying with Konstantin it is recommended not only to practice the instrument and to attend lessons consistently but also to be a real fan of trombone and orchestral music. It is a highly-rewarding process, and the more one invests in their education, the more joy they obtain from listening to music and playing the trombone.

Nicole has a love for Jazz, Musical Theatre and Contemporary music but was trained classically and likes to approach each student based on their individual needs and aspirations.
