I am a professional lyric soprano graduated from the CNSM of Lyon. I participate in productions with the Concert d'Astrée, the Choir of Namur, Accentus, the Opéra National de Lorraine, Choir de la Chapelle Harmonique. I am also on the lists of the Montpellier Opera, Concert Spirituel, Ensemble Correspondances and Radio France choir. I have just finished a production of Haydn's Die Schöpfung at the Opéra National de Lorraine last January-February, conducted by Marta Gardolinska (Guillaume Fauchère choir director), directed by Kevin Barz. I sang solo and in chorus the role of the Trojan woman in Campra's Idomenée in 2021 at the Lille Opera and the Berlin Staatsoper, staging of the fura dels baus, I also sang the solo of Campra's Requiem at the philharmonies of Luxembourg, Lille, Essen Cologne and Berlin with the Concert d'Astrée in 2019 directed by Emmanuelle Haïm. In 2019, I participated in the production of Les Indes Galantes by Rameau with the Namur Choir at the Opera Bastille, directed by Leonardo Garcia Alarcon and directed by Clement Cogitore. From this knowledge (established over a lot of listening) we can develop an interpretation and go beyond technical issues. Hello, welcome to my ad! My name is Matéo and I am 26 years old. I have been playing guitar for 9 years and teaching it for 5 years. After studying at the conservatory and music school, I obtained my Diploma of Musical Studies (DEM) specializing in jazz guitar. Over the years, I have been able to accompany around forty students, both in private lessons, group lessons and at the conservatory where I teach today. OPTION1) The course I offer is aimed at beginner to intermediate level guitarists, of all ages (children too!), in acoustic and electric guitar. My goal is to give you the essential basics of the instrument (body position, technique, chords) as well as an understanding of fundamental musical concepts (rhythm, ear, reading tablature and/or music theory) which will be very useful to you as a musician. We will base our learning as quickly as possible on real pieces of music, if possible suggested by the student because I think that learning by playing the music you like is the most motivating method. As a teacher, I have always adapted as best I could to each profile to make them learn in the way that suited them best, make them play the music they like, help them with their difficulties and push them to surpass themselves in their abilities. Finally, I always make sure that the lessons take place in a calm and pleasant atmosphere so that the student progresses at their own pace and learns while having fun.
