Hello, I’m Wayne, a professional singer, songwriter and tutor from London that now resides in Paris. My classes have a dual role, they are aimed at those who want to learn how to sing and create their own unique songs to suit their voice. I will show you that singing is not necessarily about having a big voice, it’s about understanding your instrument and expressing it in the most effective “soulful”way. We will go through technique which is very important but also we will learn to let go and feel the music that is inside. Music is transformative and I aim to create a comfortable and safe space for letting go, as that’s when the magic happens. Born Passionate, it is through the song that I started my first Musical experiences. Thanks to the numerous schools and trainings carried out in Europe and in the United States, I have been able to enrich in the field of teaching and to develop a strong pedagogy very much requested thanks to the new methods used like "Feldenkrais" as well as that of "Jo Estill". My job is to help through courses, singers, actors and musicians to develop their vocal and / or musical skills through singing, piano jazz, writing, composition and music theory in Paris.

My classes are different depending on your level and age. With children from 7 to 12, we start by doing easy vocalization and start training the ear with intonation, we then have fun singing your favorite songs. With teenagers, I also start with some vocalization, a little more elaborate. Depending on the student's capabilities, we start establishing a comfortable range for them and then proceed to singing. For my older students ideally, I divide our lesson into 2 sections. We work on respiration and how the diaphragm works. We do scales and arpeggios and work on intonation. We then proceed to singing and putting into practice our technique. Some students might need more technique before they actually sing, I like to take things slowly and make sure the student feels confident and comfortable singing. I teach children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to more advanced. Classical training enables you to sing in any kind of way, so don’t hesitate and let’s sing!

As an Italian Opera singer, I help since many years singers with the right pronunciation of the repertoire they sing, helping them in shaping the language in a clear way, which also helps the singing. Recently, studying PhD in Speech & voice disorders at Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Cairo University, Egypt. I offer online via zoom and webcam sessions (have flexibility to change schedules if it's necessary) for: Voice therapy sessions for (Adults & Children) patients who have voice disorders due to: 1- Organic causes: physiological voice disorders that result from alterations in respiratory, laryngeal, or vocal tract mechanisms. A) Structural: organic voice disorders that result from physical changes in the vocal mechanism, such as: - Polyps. - Vocal Nodules. - Edema - Cysts on the vocal cords, growths that aren't cancer. In my classes I teach you how to use your voice correctly when singing, improving your breathing, voice, diction, with your favorite song repertoire. Alternatively, If you are already Studying Music and/or Singing and want help with revision or Practice, I am Happy to accommodate for this also. I have my Grade 8 in Singing, as well as having been trained in Music at degree level in multiple genres of vocal performance and additionally with 25 years of experience in performing arts.
