Guitar lessons: learn the basics of the guitar and more according to your level

Graduate of the IMEP Paris College of Music, I offer courses to people of all ages wishing to embark on learning guitar and others wanting to improve their knowledge and technique. My objective as a teacher is to teach you a maximum of things according to the time you have to devote to the instrument, with the aim of satisfying to see you progress through a detailed follow-up that I would establish for each of you you! Each course will be divided into two parts: -For the beginners we will begin the course with a real work on the fundamentals (chords and major / minor scales, touch, accompaniment, melodic phrasing, game with the pick or the fingers). During the second part of the course we will study and work on a piece that I would consider accessible, composed or chosen, in order to test your talents. Each end of class will turn into a real concert! -For more advanced people I have the opportunity to transmit my knowledge through several styles such as jazz, bossa nova, rock, folk, funk, metal ... We will see together at first the basics to complete, the management of your sound, your technique, your rhythmic and melodic abilities according to the style you would like to study. In a second time we will alternate between a piece of my choice, and yours. Residing in Arcueil (94) I have the opportunity to receive at my home. I can also move to Paris and its surroundings. Hoping to teach you things very quickly!

I propose courses or a help to musical work for the following disciplines: musical training (solfeggio), cello, piano, bass guitar, adapting to the needs of the student (theoretical or intonation gaps). I also propose, parallel or mainly, an introduction to improvisation. I do not have a prefabricated pedagogy, although I am inspired by the best that all my teachers could give me. I started playing guitar over 20 years ago and have been giving private lessons for about 15 years. I also accumulated experience on stage and studio in the meantime. My guitar lessons are suitable for all age categories ADULTS and CHILDREN. I am very educational and patient. I know that learning an instrument takes a lot of patience; reason why I can give you the tips for playing guitar without stressing and without getting nervous on 3 chords. The goal of my courses is to provide you with the technical and theoretical tools necessary to continue your projects and personal ambitions. of course taking lessons for 1 hour per week will not make you a guitar hero at the end of the session, you have to work at home. we will see the results later. I will be at your disposal to correct you, make you discover, teach you and have fun with music. the first session will focus on level, musical knowledge, ambitions, musical tastes and etc. (a simple Do, re, mi) is already a good start. the content of the courses varies according to your tastes and your expectations. Example: If you are looking to perform a piece and you have trouble working it. Maybe you are using the wrong techniques and habits. so I show you how to do it. or for example: you are looking to master the Sweet picking on the electric guitar and it still sounds like a tortured cat. I'll be there to show you where things are wrong. the courses are mainly focused on practice, a bit of music theory anyway, to know what we are doing and why ?. and of course a good dose of good humor.

In my class you can learn to sing and accompany you playing the piano or the guitar. Course of a typical course: -30 min of piano / guitar -20 min of singing -10 min of vocals and guitar / piano But it is possible to choose only one discipline or two and to apprehend the course in a different way. Please tell me which one when making the contact. All levels accepted: People who have never played an instrument to people who think they can not sing. All ages combined. Under 6 years old the child will first learn to play or sing separately.
